Phnom Penh -Siem Reap Expressway Runs Through 5 City, Provinces

The road model of the Cambodian third expressway connecting Phnom Penh and Siem Reap province is being shown passing through a total of 5 main cities and provinces, according to the meeting between construction company CRBC and Kompong Cham province administration on April, 25.

According to the feasibility study road model,  the expressway is going to connect Phnom Penh -Siem Reap by crossing 5 Cities and provinces such as Phnom Penh, Kandal, Kompong Cham, Kompong Thom, Siem Reap and the total length approx. 272km.

Noting that Minister of Public Works and Transport Sun Chanthol has recently asked for cooperation requesting a fast-track on a feasibility study of a new expressway connecting Phnom Penh to Siem Reap from these provincial governors.

Phnom Penh -Siem Reap Expressway is the third expressway in the country while the second expressway, Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway, is set to break ground on June 7, 2023.
